Mr Shrikant Phulare, thank you!

Your contributions to the Nursing Council are immense, in fact, your leadership was visionary leadership who streamlined the process of registration, simplified it, made it paperless, made it accessible by opening satellite registration counter to enhance the accessibility of the registration.



Moreover, you brought the customer-centric approach to the council, where nurses used to be disrespected earlier now they are respected, allowed to sit, allowed to see the registrar without a middleman.



I've witnessed a respectful attitude towards young nurses, thank you for allowing me to suggest technically and operationally to make the registration process easy.



As the position is temporary but your administration has made a long-lasting impression in many hearts. The new blood (young team) you brought in the council have made a huge impact, I submit my heartfelt thanks to all of them.



Thank you and wish you all the best for your next job.



Hopefully, Mrs Usha Bhandari will continue your legacy and will add more to make nurses life less complicated in terms of the registration process.



However, I also request the govt to increase the tenure of the registrar position so registrar will have adequate time to realise their goals and objectives.
